Château Grand Boise is managed by Jean and Ana-Sofia Simmonet. The couple proudly proclaim themselves as the “contrarians of Provence” and are driven to produce terroir-driven, recoltant wines on this historic, biodynamic property. The 400 hectare estate has vineyards at amongst the highest elevation possible in the Côtes de Provence - Ste Victoire AOP. The estate consists of mostly forest with forty hectares of eighty-seven different plots. Jean is committed to achieving his goal of replanting 70% of the vineyards on the property to massale selection and no expense is spared in the vineyards or cellar to obtain the highest possible quality of wines produced under the Grand Boise name. The wines are highly sought after and primarily sold in France. The Rosé is allocated every year.
